I'm a former Marine with over a decade of leadership experience, and I've lived both sides of this: the external success that looks like you have it all together, and the internal collapse when you realize you're just surviving.
I burned out so completely that I lost my career, my relationship, my finances, and my sense of identity. That moment forced me to make a choice: keep surviving, or figure out what it actually means to live.
I chose to live. And that choice changed everything.
Now, I help the person I used to be. I work with people who are exhausted but can't stop, who can't say no, who aren't present with their families, and who feel like a ghost in their own life.
Through transformational coaching, I help people build the practical skills and do the deeper inner work needed to stop surviving and start living.
